In a coaching program, you shouldn't expect that your coach will do all the work. As a client, you are also expected to put in some effort and do some work, too. When it comes to the frequency of coaching sessions, it actually depends on what your life coach recommends and what is reasonable for you. Typically, life coaching sessions are held once a week, but you may also opt for 2 to 3 sessions a month.
